What is your return policy?

All sales are final, If something is not right with your order, please contact Enchantingwigcollection@gmail.com and inform us of your issue within 2 days of delivery. We have a STRICT no refund policy and all sales are FINAL. 

How can I cancel my order?

Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. As a result, order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted. This includes changes to product, refunds, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc. Canceled orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

How many bundles do I need?

This is typically dependent upon the desired style and desired full-ness a customer is wanting to achieve.

Given the fullness of EWC bundles bobs and blunt cuts typically only require 2 12inch or 14inch bundles. 

Bundles over 22inches typically require 4bundles depending upon desired fullness. 

 

Can my wigs and Bundles be colored?

All wigs and bundles can be colored, EWC is not responsible for the outcome of the hair. When coloring your extensions there is an increased chance of the curl/wave pattern changing. It is recommended, that all hair be deep conditioned after the coloring process.  

 

How soon will my closure need to be replaced? 

 

This is solely dependent upon how well you care for the wig. Excessive plucking could cause the closure to shed earlier than expected time. 

 

How long will the hair last?

 

The longevity of your extensions is dependent upon how you care for the hair. With proper care your hair can last for several years. 

 

Does the hair shed?

All hair sheds even your own natural hair. For best results it is HIGHLY recommended that hair is washed before installed. When possible hair should be left to air dry.
